I am looking for a simple way to move my old Outlook for Mac mailbox data to a Microsoft 365 account. My OLM file contains important business emails, attachments, and archived conversations that I need to access regularly. Since I am switching to Office 365, I want to make sure my existing email data remains available after the migration.
I have searched online for different migration methods, but I am still unsure which approach would be the most suitable. I would prefer a solution that does not require complicated technical steps or risk damaging my original mailbox data. Preserving the email folder structure and attachments is also important because I use them to organize and review previous conversations.
I understand that the MacSonik OLM to Office 365 migration can involve additional steps because Outlook for Mac stores mailbox data in the OLM format. However, I have not found a clear explanation of the most practical way to complete this task.
