Huracan battery dead again - adamzampa - 04-08-2026

Huracan battery dead again, is it just me or do these cars eat batteries for breakfast in Dubai?

I swear this is the third battery I've put in my Huracan in four years of ownership here and every single time it's the same story, I let the car sit for maybe ten days while I'm traveling or just busy with work and I come back to a car that's completely dead to the world and I have to go through the whole song and dance of the manual frunk release cable hidden in the door sill which I'm getting way too good at finding in the dark. The last guy I used just threw in some generic AGM battery and didn't do any of the proper registration with the ECU so my start stop system hasn't worked right since and I'm pretty sure that's why this one died so fast. I was looking for a mobile service that actually knows these V10 cars and won't treat it like a Corolla and I stumbled on BatteryZone's Lamborghini page while I was scrolling, you can Explore more services online on their site and they list all the proper OEM spec batteries which gives me a bit of confidence. I'm just trying to find someone who can show up with the right equipment and not leave me with a bunch of warning lights on the dash that I have to then take to the dealer anyway to clear. Anyone with a Lambo or even an R8 dealt with this battery vampire drain issue here and found a permanent solution or is this just part of the ownership experience we all silently suffer through?
