4K streaming working great on 5G, but Wi-Fi struggles?

Weird issue with moviebox lately, whenever I'm on mobile data (5G), 4K movies load instantly, but the moment I switch to home Wi-Fi, it constantly buffers on server 1. Anyone know if certain ISPs throttle these streaming links?
