The difference between Narcissus Vs Daffodil is nomenclature. It is called Narcissis as mature and Daffodil as the popular name. All the Narcissus Plants are daffodils. Whereas they are identical, the word Narcissus is commonly used to refer to minor, multi-flowered forms.
